High school diploma or equivalent
Three or more years of experience in data-center operations or mission-critical environments
Experience operating/maintaining/troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, HVAC, controls, or
Ability to work independently and escalate when needed
Ability to read electrical/mechanical drawings
Ability to work shifts/weekends/holidays/on-call
