Facility Engineering Technician III

📋 Description

• Conduct scheduled facility rounds and record operating conditions, equipment status, alarms
• Monitor BMS, EPMS, DCIM, and other facility-monitoring platforms; investigate abnormal conditions
• Operate and maintain mission-critical electrical, mechanical, cooling, fire/life-safety, building
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and audit requirements in line with customer and company
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, equipment testing, repairs, and post-maintenance
• Serve as technical lead during complex incidents, emergency events, loss-of-redundancy conditions

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five or more years of experience in data-center operations, critical facilities, industrial
• Demonstrated experience operating and troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, HVAC, controls, or
• Ability to work independently during routine operations and complex incidents while exercising
• Ability to read electrical one-lines, mechanical drawings, control diagrams, equipment manuals, and
