Facility Maintenance Technician

📋 Description

• Perform preventive maintenance (inspect, clean, lubricate, adjust) on pumps, HVAC equipment
• Diagnose mechanical failures using diagnostic devices and dismantle machinery to repair or replace
• Ensure automated equipment and systems remain operational through routine checks and technical
• Maintain building systems including lighting, HVAC, life safety, and security fencing.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, and structural repairs or installations as needed.
• Read and interpret blueprints, machine prints, schematics, and service manuals for repairs and

🎯 Requirements

• Strong mechanical knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Proficiency with hand/power tools.
• Ability to quickly diagnose issues and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced production
• 3+ years of industrial/commercial building maintenance required.
• High school diploma or GED required; specialized technical training, apprenticeships, or an
• HVAC Certification is highly preferred. NFPA 70E, EPA 608, etc.
