Facility Security Officer

📋 Description

• Administer day-to-day security operations of the Industrial Security program
• Support both collateral level DoD programs and special access programs
• Possess the confidence to make critical security decisions
• Conduct security self-inspections and apply risk mitigation methodologies
• Develop, maintain, and update company policies and procedures per NISPOM
• Enforce security plans, procedures, and instructions

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years professional experience
• Experience in special access and industrial security for DoD/IC
• Certified FSO
• CSSO or CPSO
• Knowledge of NISPOM, ICDs, Executive Orders, SEADs
• Experience with DISS/NBIS, NISS, SWFT, eQIP/eAPP
