📋 Description

• Perform independent test tasks: assembly, calibration, inspection.
• Own assigned portions of projects and drive them to completion.
• Demonstrate advanced troubleshooting with minimal supervision.
• Develop and lead smaller tasks or sub-projects within the team.
• Provide feedback to colleagues to improve quality and efficiency.
• Ensure test results are documented and reports completed on time.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in aerospace testing, fabrication, or related field.
• Ability to perform tasks independently with high quality.
• Proven troubleshooting skills with minimal guidance.
• Understanding of aerospace components and systems; read schematics.
• Strong team player; collaborate effectively toward goals.
• Comfortable in physically demanding environments; lift up to 50 lbs.
