📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based individual therapy and psychotherapy services primarily
• Conduct focused parental guidance and family sessions to equip parents with effective strategies
• Provide separate, dedicated individual therapy sessions for adult clients to address mental health
• Conduct comprehensive family assessments utilizing standardized and clinically validated tools
• Facilitate structured conflict resolution and psychoeducational guidance to equip family members
• Implement robust, evidence-based outcome tracking methodologies to monitor progress, evaluate

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree or postgraduate qualification in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical
• Registered Clinical Counselor or Full Member status with the Singapore Association for Counselling
• Demonstrated clinical experience in supporting families, counseling techniques, and crisis
• Proficiency in standardized clinical assessment tools (e.g., GAD-7, PHQ-9) and outcome-tracking
• Strong commitment to continuous professional development, ongoing clinical supervision, and ethical
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills suitable for community workshops
