FashLab - Business/Process Analyst

📋 Description

• Map business processes from the initial trigger or input all the way to the final outcome and
• Break processes down into steps, responsibilities, decision points, business rules, edge cases
• Identify dependencies between different systems and processes
• Turn process knowledge into clear, structured and reusable documentation
• Build and maintain a consistent company knowledge base
• Identify processes that can be simplified, redesigned or automated

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in Business Analysis, Process Analysis or Systems Analysis
• Can quickly break down and structure complex business processes
• Know how to ask the right questions and identify missing rules, exceptions and contradictions
• Can work comfortably at the intersection of business, data and IT systems
• Think through processes end to end rather than focusing only on individual tasks
• Understand how process design connects with implementation and business outcomes
