  • Partner with operations to scale onboarding volumes per customer.
  • Report metrics and review onboarding needs in weekly calls with customers.

  • 2+ years experience in at least one A2P product.
  • Experience working directly with clients; manage daily SLAs.
  • A2P compliance experience; provide compliance guidance.
  • Prioritize tasks, multi-task, and manage up to 12 accounts.
  • Familiar with Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets/Gemini) and reporting tools.
  • Strong verbal/written communication; lead calls and document issues.
