📋 Description

• Provide personalized onboarding support for Fast Track customers.
• Help Fast Track customers solve onboarding issues.
• Provide compliance guidance for all A2P products.
• Manage Onboarding SLAs and credit utilization.
• Partner with operations to scale onboarding volumes.
• Join weekly calls to report metrics and review needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Rotational shifts 8:00am–5:00pm Bogota time.
• Manage daily caseload and respond within SLAs.
• A2P compliance experience.
• 2+ years of experience in at least one A2P product.
• Previous experience working directly with clients.
• Clear verbal and written communicator.
