📋 Description

• Lead the Activate New York community strategy and fellowship health.
• Direct NY programming: bi-weekly in-person, quarterly virtual.
• Manage local operations: fellow selection, onboarding, data, benefits.
• Lead the Fellowship Associate to execute local operations and development.
• Partner with Managing Director to support NY fellows.
• Oversee budgeting, team meetings, and cross-functional coordination.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience; 1+ year with scientists or hard tech.
• Passion for community building and facilitating connections.
• Strong organizational skills; detail-oriented.
• Able to manage a complex program through changing circumstances.
• Data-driven; collects/analyzes data to drive improvements.
• Based in New York City; strong communicator.
