Fenergo / KYC Technical Leader

📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership within the KYC Due Diligence squad.
• Lead the delivery and evolution of Fenergo/Fen-X and Client Lifecycle Management capabilities.
• Contribute hands-on to the design and development of Java-based solutions.
• Translate KYC, onboarding, screening, and risk-assessment requirements into scalable technical
• Define technical standards, priorities, and delivery approaches for the squad.
• Review solution designs and code to ensure security, maintainability, performance, and quality.

🎯 Requirements

• 6-10 years of relevant professional experience, with proven technical leadership responsibilities.
• Demonstrable delivery experience with Fenergo/Fen-X in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Client Lifecycle Management processes and technology.
• Solid functional and technical understanding of KYC and Due Diligence.
• Experience with customer onboarding, screening, and risk-assessment processes.
• Senior-level, hands-on Java development experience.
