📋 Description

• Serve as the subject matter expert for access, coding, coverage, and reimbursement for assigned
• Educate healthcare providers on patient access processes, payer requirements, reimbursement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with infectious disease physicians, hospital case
• Provide ongoing support to healthcare providers regarding benefits verification, prior

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree such as an MBA or healthcare-related degree is
• Minimum 5 years of overall healthcare industry experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Field Access Manager, Field Reimbursement Manager, Patient
• Demonstrated experience educating healthcare providers on coding, reimbursement, and patient access
• Strong knowledge of payer policies and coverage criteria for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial
• Direct experience supporting patient access and transitions between inpatient and outpatient care

🎁 Benefits

• Base compensation range of $190,000–$210,000 per year.
