Field Communications Manager

📋 Description

• Develop and implement strategic communication plans aligned with the Chief Revenue Officer and his
• Build and expand communication platforms for the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)
• Craft key messages and narratives for a global audience, tailored by region and audience
• Create, execute, and measure content across email, Slack, video, and other channels
• Own Town Hall agendas, content, and slides, spotlighting customer stories to inspire GTM teams
• Manage customer communications on critical matters by teaming with CRO and Chief Customer Officer

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years in communications, spanning internal, external, executive, or enablement communications
• Track record launching and managing communication plans/campaigns, with metrics-driven iteration
• Experience partnering with GTM or executive leaders on positioning and change management
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini)
