🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 15-20 years in CTO roles at consultancies or EA leadership.
• Strategic Communication: Present complex tech visions to C-suite with business value.
• Modernization & EA: Deep Enterprise Modernization, EA Methodologies, Agentic AI.
• Technical Versatility: Pivot from diagrams to hands-on demos.
• Technical Foundation: Data Architecture, API ecosystems, Oracle ERP, Salesforce/ServiceNow.
• Education: MSc in Computer Science or equivalent IT field.
