Field & Events Marketer

📋 Description

• Source and prioritize industry events, conferences, and tradeshows aligned with ICP and revenue
• Negotiate contracts with event organizers, vendors, and venues; manage sponsorships, booth space
• Plan and execute events end to end: booth design, shipping, swag, collateral, lead capture, badge
• Be the on-site point of contact at every event: set up/tear down, troubleshoot in real time, ensure
• Prepare the team with briefings on objectives, talking points, target accounts, and logistics.
• Drive pipeline with sales: book pre-show meetings, run customer events, ensure leads are captured

🎯 Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or event coordination, ideally in B2B
• Track record of organizing events end to end, even at smaller scale.
• Experience managing an events budget with forecasting, tracking, and trade-offs.
• Comfortable defining KPIs and building reports that link event activity to pipeline and revenue.
• Genuinely into AI and using it to work smarter (research, vendor outreach, post-event reporting
• Familiarity with HubSpot on the CRM side.
