Field Operations Specialist (Phoenix, AZ)

📋 Description

• Patrol assigned lot(s) or garage(s) on foot to check parked vehicles
• Provide coverage across multiple locations within assigned area
• Scan license plates and verify active payment using AirGarage's Space Force app
• Issue citations to vehicles that haven't paid through the app and leave physical notices
• Immobilize (boot) repeat violators in some markets
• Help customers understand how to pay and walk them through the app

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, security, or parking operations is a plus, but not required
• Ability to be on your feet for several hours at a time outdoors in a parking lot or garage
• Must own a modern smartphone with a reliable data plan
• Reliable transportation to and from assigned location(s)
• Strong time-management skills and ability to work independently
• Positive, professional attitude when engaging with customers and stakeholders
