Field & Partner Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• Own the day-to-day management and performance of long-term strategic partner programs, while
• Plan and execute co-marketing campaigns across webinars, events, content, newsletters, targeted
• Build and maintain strong senior-level relationships with strategic partners, influencing joint
• Manage partner communications thoughtfully and strategically, balancing advocacy, collaboration
• Develop and standardize repeatable processes for partner-led marketing motions, improving
• Lead regional events, training sessions, and field activations associated with strategic partner

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably across partner marketing, account management
• Proven ability to independently own and execute marketing programs tied directly to pipeline
• Demonstrated experience building and scaling strategic partnerships that generate measurable
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple high-priority
• Experience working directly with external partners, agencies, vendors, or strategic stakeholders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to lead conversations, read

🎁 Benefits

• $95,000–$100,000 USD base salary for the full-time position, with individual compensation
