Field Reimbursement Manager

📋 Description

• Serve as the reimbursement and market access expert for the assigned territory.
• Maintain a strong understanding of managed care accounts, including geographic influence, payer
• Educate healthcare providers and office staff on prior authorization requirements, coverage status
• Provide ongoing access education and personalized issue resolution to healthcare professionals and
• Act as a liaison between sales representatives and key external customers.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with healthcare professionals, office stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher and 8+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology
• Significant experience with biotech drug distribution across specialty distributors, specialty
• Demonstrated understanding of coverage and reimbursement requirements for oral and injectable
• Strong knowledge of specialty pharmacy operations and third-party patient support services.
• Deep understanding of payer and PBM utilization management strategies for new therapies, including
• Extensive knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturer compliance, patient confidentiality

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary range of $185,000–$215,000 USD.
