Field Safety Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee field compliance with OSHA 1910.269, NESC, and relevant state/federal regulations across
• Mobilize and deploy to emergency storm command centers and oversee field safety operations during
• Partner with Fleet Logistics to manage safety, compliance, and risk profiles of a multi-site
• Standardize safety procedures, hazard tracking, and EHS performance metrics across all regional
• Lead investigations into vehicle accidents, near-misses, and electrical/field safety incidents
• Conduct unannounced high-voltage and field safety audits, mentoring crews on standard work

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Construction Management, Electrical
• 5+ years of progressive safety management experience in electrical utilities, power line
• Documented experience managing field safety during emergency storm logistics or large-scale utility
• Comprehensive understanding of FMCSA regulations, commercial fleet safety, telematics, and DOT
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Utility Safety Professional (CUSP) highly
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction card and current CPR/First Aid Instructor certification required.
