Field Sales Territory Manager

📋 Description

• Serve as on-site brand ambassador for Imprint card programs.
• Engage store staff and guests to communicate card features and offers.
• Drive card acquisitions and improve program penetration.
• Meet daily/weekly acquisition targets with your territory.
• Collaborate with store teams and maintain program knowledge.
• Locations across New York, Philadelphia, Chicago, Dallas, Phoenix, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Atlanta, Miami.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in sales/retail or customer service; credit card/fintech a plus.
• Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with field-based role and regular travel.
• Basic understanding of financial concepts, credit cards, and rewards.
• High school diploma or equivalent; flexible schedule incl. evenings/weekends.
