Field Service Engineer 2

📋 Description

• Perform timely and accurate preventative maintenance on medical equipment within hospitals and
• Independently troubleshoot and complete moderately complex equipment repairs, installations
• Lead customer communications and act as an escalation point for technical or service-related
• Take ownership of customer issues from dispatch or initial identification through resolution
• Collaborate proactively with internal service teams, regional and national technical support
• Maintain strong customer relationships and identify opportunities to support contract renewals

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of medical equipment service experience
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to maintain driving eligibility.
• Demonstrated experience working with both internal teams and external customers in a
• Strong troubleshooting, repair, installation, customer service, communication, and problem-solving
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with regional, national, sales
• Experience using web-based applications and Microsoft Office tools.
