Collaborate with the EU Sales and Australian Delivery teams to provide technical support during
Plan, manage, and execute the installation and integration of multi-product C-UAS systems in the
Serve as the primary technical interface for customers, handling system diagnostics
Perform validation testing of new hardware and software releases, reporting feedback to Engineering
Deliver operator and maintainer training for end-users
Capture, document, and escalate field feedback to inform product improvements

🎯 Requirements

Engineering or similar (quantitative) university degree is highly regarded
Experience in a Field Service Engineering role, providing technical support directly to customers
Experience in networking devices (essential)
Proficient with Linux operating system (essential)
Experience in testing of complex systems
Experience with telecommunications, radio frequency, and/or electronic warfare is highly regarded
