Field Service Engineer

📋 Description

• Install and commission sorting equipment at customer sites.
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
• Train operators and maintenance personnel.
• Support customers with technical expertise.
• Represent TOMRA as a trusted partner in the field.
• Work from home office when not visiting customers to prepare for visits, complete service reports

🎯 Requirements

• Technical qualification (BAC+2 or equivalent) in Electrotechnics, Industrial Maintenance
• Fluent French and effective communication in English in a technical and professional environment.
• Previous experience in field service, customer-site maintenance, commissioning, installation, or
• Proven experience performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities on
• Good understanding of IT systems, networking fundamentals, and PC configuration.
• Strong customer-service mindset and ability to build trusted relationships.
