Perform scheduled maintenance: inspections, preventive maintenance, software updates, upgrades
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair all Intuitive products in assigned territory
Coordinate and perform system and hardware delivery and installation
Complete administrative duties (spare parts inventory, field activity reports, expense reports)
Maintain company-issued assets: tooling, vehicle, laptops, iPads
Mentor junior Field Service Engineers and support sales teams

🎯 Requirements

University degree in science/technical engineering or equivalent work experience
Strong written and oral communication in local language and English
Strong technical knowledge of Intuitive Surgical products
Proven ability to independently troubleshoot complex electro-mechanical systems
Teaching and presentation skills
Willingness to travel up to 50-70%
