Field Service Engineer II (Federal)

📋 Description

• Setup and deployment of all Axon Products (SW, Apps and Devices)
• Maintaining the Agency’s Evidence.com account
• Give Agency best practice knowledge and lessons learned
• Conducting on-site training on new features and products for the agency’s leadership team(s)
• Thoroughly documenting issues and workflows and suggesting new workflows to improve effectiveness
• Providing on-site support for Axon products and their supporting infrastructures

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA or equivalent knowledge and experience
• Prior law enforcement background is preferred
• Experience implementing and/or leading new programs of record
• Experience with SAAS sales or support
• Experience with project management and resource tracking
• Knowledge and demonstrated operating experience in one or more of the following areas of
