Field Service Engineers - Leeds

📋 Description

• Install, maintain, and repair TOMRA Reverse Vending Machines (RVMs) at customer sites.
• Support the installation, commissioning, and roll-out of new machines as TOMRA expands across the
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues, carrying out both preventative maintenance
• Build strong relationships with customers and site contacts, providing professional and friendly
• Travel throughout your region to support customers, with occasional overnight stays when required.
• Accurately record service activities, machine status, and updates using digital systems and tools.

🎯 Requirements

• A solid foundation in electro-mechanical systems, with an interest in learning how to analyse
• A curious and solution-oriented mindset, with strong attention to detail.
• A customer-focused approach, with clear and confident communication skills.
• Comfortable working using power tools/hand tools both independently and as part of a wider
• Flexibility to travel and manage your own schedule in a field-based role.
• Full UK driving licence.
