Field Service Engineers - Norfolk

📋 Description

• Install, maintain, and repair TOMRA Reverse Vending Machines (RVMs) at customer sites
• Support installation, commissioning, and roll-out of new machines as TOMRA expands across the UK
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues, carrying out both preventative maintenance
• Build strong customer relationships, providing professional and friendly service
• Travel throughout your region to support customers, with occasional overnight stays
• Accurately record service activities, machine status, and updates using digital systems

• Curious and solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
• Customer-focused approach with clear and confident communication skills
• Foundation in electro-mechanical systems with interest in learning to analyze, test, and repair
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to travel and manage your own schedule in a field-based role
• Full UK driving licence
