Field Service Technician

📋 Description

• Diagnose, repair, and document quality, reliability, and design concerns affecting electric
• Translate customer-reported concerns into clearly defined technical issues, identifying causes
• Perform low- and high-voltage electrical diagnosis, controls troubleshooting, and module
• Use electrical schematics and volt-ohm meters to troubleshoot vehicle systems and support accurate
• Apply commercial truck mechanical knowledge, including experience with motors and harness systems
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, software, and external partners to investigate

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated proficiency troubleshooting and working with both high-voltage and low-voltage
• An Associate Degree or vocational certificate in automotive service technology or a related field
• Strong understanding of electrical fundamentals, electrical schematics, diagnostic equipment, and
• Experience with commercial truck mechanical systems, with motors and harness systems considered an
• ASE certifications are a plus, while a Class A or B CDL is preferred.
• Proficiency with Google Suite applications and the ability to document technical findings clearly
