Field Service Technician III

📋 Description

• Travel to customer sites in company provided vehicle throughout Chicagoland Area, Southern
• Diagnose and repair equipment and configurations.
• Interface with customer personnel developing relationships and demonstrating systems; providing
• Use technical manuals and interface with the manufacturer’s technical support to troubleshoot
• Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Associates Degree or Technical Degree.
• 3 plus years of experience in servicing and configuring Enterprise Level Access Control Systems
• 3 plus years of experience in installing and programming Access Control systems including Brivo
• Ability to obtain a valid PERC.
• Must have ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Required skills include knowledge of computer networks, switches, IP addresses, routers, and modems.
