Field Support Technician

📋 Description

• Conduct in-home customer visits for the purpose of measuring space and providing the job site
• Assess design against on-site specifications and report any necessary design change requirements to
• Coordinate with Design Consultants to provide concise measurements, photographs and data for the
• Assist Design Consultant to pick up files and samples (hardware/finish samples) from the office for
• Conduct a re-measurement of project re-designs, as needed
• Create copies of CAD design when jobsite errors are found and indicate specification detail to

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in construction, millwork industry related materials and hardware, and/or in
• Millwork estimating experience preferred
• 1+ years of experience in the construction industry with knowledge of the installation practices
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Tech savvy with the ability to quickly learn and apply various business systems (CAD, Epicor
• Proficient in math (i.e. Fractions and unit measurements)
