Monitor skill progression from entry-level to senior sales roles
Support new-hire onboarding and development needs
Facilitate Field Sales Training (FST) initiatives
Conduct field co-travels with new hires and identify learning gaps

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree
Knowledge of the health care and/or pharmaceutical industry
3+ years of field sales experience in the device industry; surgical experience strongly preferred
2+ years of sales training experience preferred
2+ years of project management experience preferred
Serve as a positive role model
