Field Training Manager - Allergan Aesthetics

📋 Description

• Train Business Development Managers (BDMs), Strategic Account Managers (SAMs), and Practice
• Deliver advanced product messaging and business-development training in coordination with Director
• Monitor skill progression from entry-level to senior sales roles and support the Aesthetics
• Enhance sales representatives’ ability to communicate advanced scientific information
• Execute sales directives and training programs across assigned Area geographies.
• Support new-hire onboarding and development needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Knowledge of the health care and/or pharmaceutical industry
• 3+ years of field sales experience in the device industry; surgical experience strongly preferred.
• 2+ years of sales training experience preferred, but not required.
• 2+ of project management experience preferred, with health care experience preferred but not
• Serve as a positive role model.
