📋 Description

• Integration with client's senior management to solve complex accounting issues and for preparation
• Review of work prepared by consultants on operational due diligence for complex transactions (i.e.
• Review of consultants' deliverables of financial and regulatory information in accordance with SEC
• Research and documentation projects related to new ASC accounting standards.
• Process improvement projects and implementation of changes.
• Lead and mentor consultants, acting as a role model, and providing creative solutions that enhance

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in public accounting, accounting advisory, consulting, and/or corporate
• Minimum of 2 years of experience at a Big 4 firm (Deloitte, EY, KPMG, or PwC).
• Experience applying U.S. GAAP through financial statement preparation, audit engagements, month-end
• Experience leading engagement workstreams, supervising staff, and managing project timelines and
• Experience reviewing work product, providing guidance to junior team members, and serving as a
• Experience applying accounting and financial reporting knowledge to solve complex business and
