Finance Analyst - Accounts Receivable

📋 Description

• Handle customer collections in line with commercial arrangements and company policies
• Manage and streamline collections processes for clients in the UK and EMEA regions
• Handle cash collection, dispute management (deductions), cash posting from bank, cash applications
• Resolve disputes related to non-payment of invoices (PO query, Delivery query, Service query
• Resolve aged debt issues and handle 90-100 critical clients with high portfolio value and high aged
• Provide clients with accurate account statements and payment histories

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in commerce or equivalent (preferred)
• 8-9 years of experience in Accounts Receivable/Collections under Order to Cash area
• Experience in Cash Collection, Dispute Management – Deductions, Understanding of OTC cycle, Cash
• Must be aware of disputes related to non-payment of invoices such as PO query, Delivery query
• OTC - experience with Media & marketing agencies globally is an advantage; knowledge of
• Strong negotiation skills
