📋 Description

• Partner with business leaders to provide financial insight and support decisions.
• Lead budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans aligned to strategy.
• Deliver month-end reporting with variance analysis and recommendations.
• Develop robust financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases.
• Monitor drivers, revenue, costs, and market trends for risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, product, ops, analytics, and data science to translate data into insights.

🎯 Requirements

• CPA/CA professional accounting qualification.
• 5+ years in commercial finance, FP&A, or business partnering.
• Strong financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing outcomes.
• Experience with Oracle EPM, NetSuite, Salesforce, and advanced Excel is advantageous.
• Strong communicator with ability to influence stakeholders; proactive and detail oriented.
