Finance Contracts Analyst

📋 Description

• Analyze financial contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with company policies, regulations
• Validate rates, discounts, terms, and special conditions across both simple and complex contract
• Collaborate with internal teams, sales, Customer Success, and finance leadership clarify contract
• Prepare monthly reports and forecasts to advise related teams on opportunity conversion, contract
• Contribute to process documentation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support initial review of monthly open ready-to-bill opportunities and associated contracts

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years' experience in Business Administration, financial analysis, accounting, or similar fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Proven experience as a financial analyst, contract analyst, or in a comparable role.
• Strong computer ability in a Windows environment with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work with large volumes of complex data across multiple systems (i.e., Tableau, JIRA
• AI Fluency and/or use of M365 Copilot.
