Finance Director

📋 Description

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis across the organization.
• Oversee accounting, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, tax compliance, and other core
• Develop and maintain financial models that support executive decision-making, strategic planning
• Partner with the CEO and leadership team on business strategy, deal structuring, financial risk
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, legal advisors, and external financial partners.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, federal and state tax requirements, internal controls, and applicable

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA or CMA designation strongly preferred; an MBA or advanced degree in Finance or Business is a
• 8+ years of progressive financial leadership experience.
• Proven experience as a Finance Director, CFO, VP of Finance, or in an equivalent senior finance
• Deep knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, internal controls, and financial management principles.
• Demonstrated experience managing international finance and multi-currency operations.
