• Partner with the General Manager, Affiliate Leadership, Region and Area teams to provide strategic
• Act as a trusted adviser by proactively monitoring and identifying opportunities and risks as they
• Work collaboratively with affiliate and regional stakeholders to develop appropriate solutions and
• Communicate actual results clearly and effectively, providing variance analysis and commentary that
• Provide leadership to build and develop a strong, high-performing AbbVie Finance Team, providing
• Act as a single point of contact for GM and Region / Area teams on financial topics.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive business partnering experience with broad financial management and control experience
• Experience of working in a matrix environment within a multinational company, including exchange
• People leadership: experience managing and leading a complex organization with competing priorities
• Experience leading complex projects and assignments across multiple divisions or businesses
• Communicating with external stakeholders including tax authorities and auditors
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare or other highly regulated sector is desirable
