Finance Executive – Accounting & R2R

📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, accounting entries, and financial transactions across multiple
• Prepare and process customer invoices, vendor bills, receipts, payments, and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and well-organized financial records and supporting documents.
• Perform bank, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and intercompany reconciliations
• Manage month-end closing activities and support end-to-end Record-to-Report processes.
• Prepare and post accruals, prepayments, provisions, journal entries, and other period-end

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance operations.
• Strong hands-on experience with bookkeeping, General Ledger, AP/AR, reconciliations, and month-end
• Previous experience managing accounting activities across multiple entities is preferred.
• Knowledge of UAE accounting and VAT requirements is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and experience working with accounting or ERP
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
