Finance Lead

📋 Description

• Build and own the company's financial model, including budgets, rolling forecasts, and scenario
• Partner with department leaders on budgeting and financial planning, providing budget-to-actual
• Own the monthly financial close process, including journal entries, account reconciliations
• Maintain GAAP-compliant financial records and ensure the finance function remains audit-ready as
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, vendor payments, customer invoicing, and day-to-day
• Develop and implement scalable finance systems, tools, and processes as the business grows beyond

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a finance generalist with strong capabilities across accounting
• Strong understanding of monthly close processes, reconciliations, accruals, GAAP-compliant
• Proven ability to build and manage financial models, budgets, rolling forecasts, and scenario
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect financial data to
• Excellent cross-functional communication and business-partnering skills, with the ability to
