Finance Lead, Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis

📋 Description

• Support the consolidation and reporting for the Non-GAAP LRP and Plan process by collaborating with
• Prepare agile analysis for Director and VP of FP&A to support executive level storytelling
• Compile a comprehensive LRP and Plan Reporting Package for Senior Leadership
• Ensure LRP and Plan data integrity across systems of record and support reporting
• Help support LBE, BOD, and Quarterly Earnings deliverables
• Partner with Finance Transformation to develop enhanced LBE reporting tool

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• 6+ years of relevant finance/accounting experience, preferably across a range of Finance functions
• Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Superior communication skills: ability to summarize complex financial analyses in a clear &amp
• Ability to meet tight deadlines while balancing competing priorities
