Finance Lead, FP&A Consolidations

📋 Description

• Drives monthly closing and quarterly forecast packages ensuring that all Oncology finance teams
• Prepares required planning cycle’s submission templates for C&O and VP SG&A, including
• Ensures planning systems (ex. BPC, Workiva) integrity validation and tie out for each process cycle
• Operates independently to prepare relevant variance analyses for each planning cycle and develops
• Works directly with FSS contact on monthly close processes and financial reporting to ensure
• Provides management with timely and clear insights into drivers of business and financial

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting. CPA or MBA a plus.
• Minimum 6+ years of progressive and related experience.
• Strong financial, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficient Excel skills required.
• Knowledge of SAP and BPC a plus.
