Finance Manager

📋 Description

• Manage and track debt obligations, loan maturities, refinancing opportunities, and payoff schedules
• Monitor interest rate trends, capital markets activity, and economic conditions
• Coordinate with lenders, brokers, and financial institutions
• Support negotiations related to loan terms and refinancing opportunities
• Analyze portfolio performance and provide financing recommendations
• Assist with financing activities related to acquired or foreclosed properties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate, Business, or related field
• 5-7+ years of experience in commercial real estate finance, debt management, lending, capital
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Understanding of debt markets, interest rates, and commercial lending practices
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience working within a family office, private investment firm, owner-operator, or
