Finance Manager

📋 Description

• Own month-end close end to end across four entities
• Handle journals, accruals, prepayments, amortisation
• Manage billing, cash collection, and debtors chasing
• Prepare monthly management pack and investor reporting
• Collaborate with CFO/board and external advisers
• Document and improve finance processes

🎯 Requirements

• Reliability and follow-through are critical
• Hands-on ownership in a small team
• Experience across multi-entity and multi-currency accounting
• Mixed revenue model expertise (subscription and projects)
• Process building and automation focus
• Clear communication with executives and non-accountants
