Finance Manager (Individual Contributor)

📋 Description

• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Generate regular reporting on operational and financial KPIs.
• Lead annual budgeting process and build financial models.
• Collaborate across business segments to provide financial guidance.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and optimize collections process.
• Support M&A activities and post-acquisition integration.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, and Power BI.
• Familiarity with Oracle, Coupa, Great Plains, and ERP systems.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and financial statement preparation.
• Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
