Finance Manager, Marketplace

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end marketplace P&L, including revenue, expenses, and net margin performance.
• Develop and maintain dynamic forecasting models covering revenue, redemption volumes, promotions
• Forecast existing customer annual recurring revenue (ARR) to support net revenue retention (NRR)
• Apply statistical analysis and predictive modeling to understand redemption activity, customer
• Build and maintain dashboards, KPI scorecards, and executive reporting for marketplace performance
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Merchandising, Product, Accounting, Business Intelligence, and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related discipline.
• At least five years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), strategic
• Strong understanding of P&L management, margin analysis, revenue forecasting, financial
• Demonstrated experience with statistical analysis, predictive modeling, forecasting methodologies
• Advanced Excel skills, including macros, arrays, pivot tables, lookups, and conditional logic.
• Proficiency with SQL and data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.

🎁 Benefits
