Finance Manager - Skincare

📋 Description

• Lead the Finance team for US Skincare, comprised of SkinMedica, Diamond Glow and Latisse as well as
• Drive the development, maintenance, harmonization, and continuous improvement of the forecast
• P&L management, including standard margin, OMC, OCOGS and SG&A.
• Oversee the SG&A, headcount, and CAPEX for US Skincare.
• Lead the monthly demand review, analyze forecasting trends, forecast accuracy, and the forecast
• Develop and maintain financial forecasts for upcoming assets to drive successful launch planning

🎯 Requirements

• 8 years of combined experience in Commercial Finance, P&L management, revenue forecasting
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
• Leadership skills, capability to direct efforts to achieve answers and results.
• Strong financial, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically, identify key issues, opportunities, and value
• Ability to understand market research to assess and quantify financial impacts of marketing
