Own the financial management of the Uganda business
Manage monthly management reporting pack and executive commentary
Own IFRS 9 Expected Credit Loss model
Handle treasury and compliance matters
Manage end-to-end monthly close (accruals, prepayments, intercompany, depreciation, FX)
Produce variance analysis

🎯 Requirements

Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACCA, CPA(U), CA or equivalent)
Track record in finance management or senior finance role
Deep IFRS knowledge (IFRS 9, IFRS 16, IAS 21, revenue recognition)
Ability to manage audits end-to-end
Exceptional financial modelling and communication skills
Big 4 training (PwC, Deloitte, EY, KPMG) is strong advantage
