Finance Manager, US Commercial Monitoring & Analytics

📋 Description

• Lead the Employee Business Expense, Sponsorship, Exhibit, and Membership Monitoring Program to
• Provide key leadership in the go-live and implementation of Project Genesis systems for U.S.
• Review monitoring results to identify trends, recurring issues, and emerging risks; develop
• Own and evolve the Employee Business Expense and Observation platforms (Power BI) for quarterly
• Review the quarterly reconciliations to ensure timely and accurate event closure.
• Leverage technology, including AI and data mining tools such as Dataiku, to automate and enhance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or data analytics required; Master's degree and/or CPA
• Minimum of 5+ years' experience in audit, finance, or accounting.
• Strong analytical and technical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Power BI
• Demonstrated strong leadership and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
