Finance Officer

📋 Description

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, including invoice reviews, transaction
• Monitor bank balances, payment activity, reconciliations, and financial records while coordinating
• Serve as the primary relationship manager for the external accounting and finance provider
• Support the establishment and ongoing financial management of Employer of Record arrangements for
• Assist with program, grant, and special project budgets while monitoring actual expenses against
• Support grant financial reporting by preparing and reviewing financial data, expenditure reports

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting operations.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field, or an equivalent
• Experience with grant-funded organizations and grant financial reporting.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Xero and experience managing payroll, accounts payable, and accounts
• Experience working with or managing external financial, accounting, or employment service providers.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to review work accurately while
